We are parents of 4 kids and we are looking for someone who can help to take care / hang out with them while we have to head for meetings. We do not expose the kids to screen time, nor do we have a TV in the apartment. We have books, toys and water play available and hope that we are able to find a babysitter who is great with younger kids.
